COOPERATION · ATLAS COPCO VIETNAMSuperMRO and Atlas Copco Vietnam: Supporting industrial compressed-air systems
Super MRO Joint Stock Company cooperates with Atlas Copco Vietnam Company Limited to supply air compressors and blowers and coordinate technical and compressor maintenance services for industrial customers. The cooperation focuses on thermal power, cement, steel and foreign-invested manufacturers, where a stable air supply is an important part of production continuity.
From equipment to operational reliability
Compressed air works behind the production line, yet lost pressure, moisture or an unexpected stoppage can affect several processes. Atlas Copco Vietnam offers oil-injected and oil-free compressors, blowers, air-treatment equipment, spare parts and maintenance services. Cooperation with SuperMRO connects understanding of site requirements with appropriate equipment and technical support throughout use.
| Product group | Portfolio overview | Application criteria |
|---|---|---|
| Industrial air compressors | Oil-injected and oil-free screw compressors; centrifugal options according to requirements | Select for flow, pressure, air quality and load profile. Assess variable-speed configurations where demand fluctuates. |
| Air blowers | Low-pressure air solutions, including screw technology and other portfolio options | For aeration, pneumatic conveying or suitable low-pressure processes; size to the actual operating point. |
| Air treatment and distribution | Dryers, filters, accessories and piping systems | Match dew point, particles, oil, pressure loss and installation conditions to requirements at the point of use. |
| Spare parts and technical services | Genuine parts, scheduled maintenance, inspection and system assessment | Agree the scope for each machine type, condition and plant shutdown plan. |

Applications in SuperMRO industries
Thermal power: dependable instrument and service air
Stable air supports pneumatic equipment, actuators and maintenance work. Selection or upgrades should distinguish instrument from service air and define redundancy, dryness and pressure at use. Coordinate maintenance with operating schedules and unit outages.
Cement: dust exposure and changing demand
Compressed air can serve pneumatic valves, dust-filter cleaning and suitable processes. Assess blowers for conveying or low-pressure supply according to the design. Check dust, room temperature, ventilation, filter pressure drop and actual demand rather than sizing by motor power alone.
Steel: align with production and maintenance
Air supports controls, industrial equipment and auxiliary operations. Assess flow variation, air quality, piping and redundancy, and coordinate maintenance timing to limit disruption to production.
Foreign-invested manufacturers: consistent air quality and documentation
Electronics, automotive, engineering and food plants have different air requirements. Oil-sensitive or product-contact applications may require oil-free compressors and suitable treatment. Define particle, water and oil requirements under ISO 8573-1 separately; “oil-free” alone does not establish every clean-air parameter.
Select using site data
A suitable proposal starts with machine types and model codes, flow, pressure, running hours, required air quality, maintenance history and expansion plans. Leak checks, pressure-loss assessment, load/unload profiles and dryer/filter reviews can reveal improvement opportunities. Evaluate variable speed, controls and heat recovery for the individual system; substantiate savings with operating data.
SuperMRO and Atlas Copco Vietnam working together
SuperMRO and Atlas Copco Vietnam coordinate requirement review, equipment selection and suitable technical maintenance scopes. For existing installations, collecting information and assessing condition helps agree work items, parts, timing and delivery responsibilities. The aim is support from supply through operation, with clear technical work and sustained responsibility for plant reliability.
