A partnership focused on plant requirements
SuperMRO cooperates with Luong Gia Technology and Trading Investment JSC to develop and supply BWF Envirotec products within a mutually agreed scope. SuperMRO gathers customer requirements, operating data and supply documentation. Luong Gia coordinates product sourcing, technical information and selection support. Together, the companies address routine replacement and filtration operating issues.
BWF Envirotec and the cooperation scope
BWF Envirotec is part of BWF Group, based in Offingen, Germany, specialising in industrial filter media and elements. The cooperation focuses on dust filter bags, filter media and related products confirmed for each requirement. Materials, dimensions, finishes and supply conditions are defined in the corresponding technical offer.
Technology selected for the application
needlona® covers needle felt media with different fibres and finishes. PM-Tec® combines an ePTFE membrane with needle felt or glass fabric for surface separation of fine dust. MPS® uses fine fibres, while ExCharge® supports electrostatic charge dissipation in appropriate configurations. Selection considers dust, gas and cleaning conditions; antistatic media must work with grounding and the overall protection concept.

Cement plant applications
Relevant locations include kiln filters, cement and coal mills, clinker coolers, silos, packing and material handling. Dust loading, temperature and abrasion differ between locations. Surveys should document sticking, cleaning cycles and differential pressure trends so the proposed bag matches the existing equipment, emissions target and shutdown plan.
Power generation and industrial boilers
Fly ash, moisture, temperature excursions and gas composition affect filter selection. BWF documents applications in coal power, biomass and thermal waste treatment. Main flue gas filters, transfer-point collectors and ash handling filters require separate assessment. Conversion from an electrostatic precipitator to a baghouse requires an engineering assessment of the system.

Data required for material selection
Provide continuous and peak temperatures, moisture and dew point, gas and dust composition, gas flow, filtration area and cleaning mechanism. Bag dimensions, top and bottom construction and cage details are also needed. Pressure trends, failure history, current emissions and used bags help the review. Polyester, PPS, aramid, polyimide, PTFE and glass fibre options require verification against the specific product data.
Assessing lifecycle performance
Compare purchase price alongside fan electricity, cleaning air, shutdown time, replacement labour and failures. Before-and-after measurements should use comparable load, flow, fuel and cleaning conditions. Emissions, service life and savings must follow the confirmed configuration and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
From site information to supply
SuperMRO gathers the requirement; both parties coordinate material selection, dimensions and the technical proposal before confirming sourcing, delivery and order conditions. Site inspection, used-bag analysis or field assistance are agreed separately with Luong Gia and the relevant technical resources. Drawings or samples, quantity, shutdown dates and the problem to solve provide a practical starting point.
Supporting reliable industrial operations
The cooperation expands SuperMRO’s ability to meet BWF Envirotec filtration requirements through application-based selection and clearly defined supply proposals. The aim is to help plants plan replacement, improve operating stability and manage costs using actual operating data.
