13 years of SuperMRO: We are still here, building trust together

10 October 2026 marks 13 years of MRO. Looking back, what moves us most is not simply the time that has passed, but the people who stayed, the customers who trusted us and the opportunities that helped us grow.

More than a number

A company can tell its story through revenue, contracts and milestones. At SuperMRO, every number has people behind it: a customer entrusting us with a requirement, a partner helping find an answer, a colleague bringing care to their work. Thirteen years is more than a date on a calendar. It is a daily effort to become better and more deserving of the trust we receive.

In industry, a component, a piece of equipment or a technical decision connects to the work and responsibilities of many people. Trust therefore grows through understanding the need, being clear about what we can do, being honest about what still needs verification and following through on the work we accept. Continuing the activities celebrating 13 years of SuperMRO, the MRO team gathered to sing, share joy and enjoy time together in the spirit of “Celebrate wholeheartedly, see the work through”. Stepping away from the workday gives us time to connect, understand one another and renew our energy. Celebrating wholeheartedly means making good memories together; seeing the work through means caring about our work, taking responsibility for customers and completing what we undertake. The joy in this video reflects that spirit: caring for teammates, giving our best at work and building Industrial Trust together.
