A milestone of trust: SuperMRO establishes its grassroots trade union

Amid the joy of MRO’s 13th anniversary, a meaningful milestone marked the celebration: the establishment of SuperMRO’s grassroots trade union and the introduction of its Executive Committee. Beyond the anniversary programme, it expresses a commitment to a responsible workplace where people are heard and supported.

Customer trust begins within

MRO’s journey has been shaped by customers, partners and the contribution of every team member. Behind each completed task are people who care. To keep our promises to customers, we must also build a workplace where employees feel respected, can work with confidence and have opportunities to contribute.

The union provides a further channel for members and employees to share their concerns and aspirations. Its role is to represent, care for and protect their lawful rights and legitimate interests through practical action. Working with the company through dialogue, respect and compliance with the law, it can help build harmonious, stable and progressive labour relations.

In its introductory remarks, the Executive Committee expressed its determination to do its utmost to fulfil the responsibility entrusted to it. That spirit must continue through action: staying close to members, listening to employees, faithfully communicating legitimate concerns and working with the company towards appropriate solutions.
